Most manufacturers apply HVOF coating onto carbon or stainless steel valve bodies — a process widely available and easily replicated. GOWIN's T3 is different in both material and method. We perform ion diffusion combined with PVD treatment in a controlled vacuum environment, directly on Ti-12 titanium alloy base material.
