Chemical IndustryCorrosion Resistant Valves

Stainless Steel & PTFE Lined Valves for Aggressive Chemical Media — CF8M, CF3M, Hastelloy, Full Material Traceability

Chemical processing systems handle acids, alkalis, solvents, and corrosive slurries that destroy standard carbon steel valves within months. Gowin manufactures stainless steel and PTFE lined valves in CF8M, CF3M, and high-alloy materials — engineered for chemical industry pipelines where material compatibility, leak integrity, and full documentation are non-negotiable.

Stainless Steel & Lined Valves forChemical Industry Applications

Every chemical pipeline node has a different corrosion challenge. Gowin's chemical valve range covers PTFE lined butterfly valves for aggressive acid and alkali service, CF8M stainless steel ball valves and gate valves for general chemical process lines, globe valves for flow regulation, dual-plate check valves for backflow prevention, and industrial Y-type strainers to protect downstream equipment.

Why Choose Gowin

Why Chemical Engineers Specify Gowinfor Corrosion Resistant Valves

Specifying a corrosion resistant valve is straightforward. Specifying one that will still be leak-free after three years in concentrated sulfuric acid service — with traceable materials, witnessed testing, and documentation your project auditors will accept — requires a manufacturer with real capability.

Corrosion Resistant Valve Solutions forEvery Chemical Process Application

Corrosive media in chemical plants are not all the same. The valve specification for sulfuric acid service has different material requirements from one handling chlorine water or caustic soda. Gowin supplies the right corrosion resistant valve for each specific chemical process application.

Buyer's Material Selection Guide

How to Select the Right Materialfor Corrosive Chemical Service

Material selection is the most critical decision in chemical valve procurement. The wrong choice leads to accelerated corrosion, seal failure, and unplanned shutdowns.

Three questions to confirm your material selection:

Chemical and concentration? Dilute and concentrated forms of the same acid can require completely different materials.

Operating temperature? PTFE lined split butterfly valves are rated to max +120°C continuous. Fully lined PTFE: max +150°C static service.

Chlorides present? Chloride media can cause stress corrosion cracking in CF8M. Specify CF3M, super duplex, or Hastelloy for high-chloride service.
